It's the best time of year to experience Victoria's most famous tourist attractions.  Over 50 attractions and businesses will offer free admissions, special offers and discounts during the 36th Annual "Be A Tourist in your own Home Town" event, from Wednesday, Feb. 27, to Sunday, Mar. 2.  Participants include the Undersea Gardens, Miniature World, the Royal London Wax Museum, Butchart Gardens, Craigdarroch Castle, the Maritime Museum of BC, and the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria.
